| Is there an expiration on the Technical Support hours I purchase? Yes, your Technical Support Pack will be effective for one year. | | Can I use my Technical Support Pack for Materials? No, your Technical Support Pack only provides Technical Support. Materials will require a separate price quote from our Account Managers. | | How are the hours deducted from my Technical Support Pack? Your hours are deducted by the Technical Specialization performed. Although this may change the quantity of hours initially purchased, you are still receiving the same discount on all Technical Specializations. | | Is there a guaranteed response time? The Technical Support Pack doesn't guarantee a 24-hour response time, unless you currently have a Maintenance Agreement and the Technical Support is considered an emergency. You can upgrade to a Maintenance Agreement by contacting your Account Manager. | | What installation Warranty do I receive with your Technical Support Packs? Technical Support Packs and any hourly support do not guarantee any installation warranty. WEBDBS provides a 30 day installation warranty when services are quoted in advance and performed onsite by our engineers. | | How do I contact WEBDBS for Technical Support?
