Performance Assurance Standardization: Evaluating non-WEBDBS purchased and configured hardware or software to be configured and perform WEBDBS standardization.

Reconfiguration Changes: of existing hardware or software because of misuse, virus removal, or vandalism.

Installation Services may be deducted from your Technical Support Pack on a case-by-case basis depending on need. Installation services are not eligible for discount and set minimum charges will apply. This requires prior approval from a director at WEBDBS and cannot replace an existing sales quote.
